  • I have been livening at the Retreat since June 2017 and it has been wonderful I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking to rent an apartment
  • i work nights and sleep during the day, I always pay online because I wake up after office hours but tonight 2/3/2018 I could not find the option of payment. I tried many times to find the option but I could not find it.
  • Good Living: I want to volunteer (no one asks me to do it), declare my experience of living in The Retrat (formerly Sienna at Vista Lake), I am a person who likes tranquility and therefore in January 2016; select this community for being quiet, for its benefits (pool, gym, club house, etc), plus the comfort of their apt and good treatment (before and now) in the office of income. I consider it an excellent condo, I never had a complaint about something and I did not have any problems. I am retiring from the Community due to the need of a 3 room apartment, if the community had 3 bedrooms, I would be signing my 3rd Contract. In particular I recommend this community, its people, staff, etc. Those who always complain, I ask: Do you know how to live in Community or in Apto? Well, if you do not know, do not live in a condominium. THANKS FOR A GOOD LIVE

  • I just relocated from New York and I was thrilled when I saw your apartments and met with staff. Chelsea Weeks helped me and she was absolutely amazing. She was very helpful , supportive and very eager to meet my expectations!!
  • I have lived at the Siennas (now the retreat at vista lake) for 3 years. During that time about 4 different management companies have owned it. I have seen a decline in the community but the current management company seems to be turning things around. They have painted all the buildings and got a better landscape crew. The new gym is also much nicer. I have been told they are putting in an entrance gate which would be nice. My only current complaints are they need to pressure wash the pool grounds more frequently.. that is the focal point of any community. The pools themselves stay pretty clean but the ground needs to be on a regular cleaning schedule. Another issue for me is the residents' dogs here. There are not supposed to be any "dangerous" breeds allowed yet I see pit bulls and other restricted breeds all the time. I have owned pits in the past and I know they are not inherently bad.. they are great dogs if trained right.. the same as any breed. But the fact is many residents here do not have control over their dogs. I have personally witnessed several dog attacks during my 3 years here (Dogs attacking other smaller dogs at the dog park.) If you have large dogs you should not live in an apartment community if they are not trained properly. I think they should take out the current "dog park" as it is a liability. Plus it's a waste of space in my opinion. They should make that space a children's park as there isn't one now. They could make a smaller designated area somewhere not in between several buildings. My daughter is scared to walk past the dog park due to seeing owners lose control of their dogs in the past. When I moved in and was given a map of the property, and it showed on the map there was a beach volleyball where the dog park is. So not sure when that was changed but even that would be a better utilization of the space. Other than that I am happy with the progress the new management company is making and optimistic it'll continue. All the ladies in the office are nice (after all the buyouts I have seen many staff changes haha). The maintenance workers are also friendly. I like the convenience of the trash pickup service. Over all I like living at the retreat.
  • I appreciate the excellent work performed in the apartment on Friday, April 20th. The new washer cold hose is nice (no leaks or rust now(. The Front Door was the crews attaching the inside panel back to the door and the door HAS NEVER operated no easily in our eight years here. Great job. Thanks.
  • I just simply called in for information and I have never had a better phone experience- Chelsea's service is amazing and I haven't even seen the property or met her face to face and I'm already amazed. She was super friendly and VERY helpful answering all my annoying questions! I recommend this property simply after then 10 min conversation I just had.
  • A short note to let everyone know that they have the best customer service when you're trying to lease an apartment. Yahiris Perez and Yami Hernandez really went out of their way to make you feel at home. The best customer service I've ever seen.
  • Thank you for responding very quickly to my maintenance requests of the July 7/8 weekend. JOSE was courteous, polite and so quiet that my night working spouse slept through his repair work. Thanks again for having Jose here.
  • Jesus came and repaired the malfunctioning air conditioner. He was polite and worked quickly and got us out of the 87 degree heat of the apartment. Thankfully the water overflow cutoff switch in the air conditioner worked properly and prevented the clogged drain from overflowing and doing property damage. We appreciate the quick response by Jesus to our problem.
  • We have had some issue in our apartment and doesn't matter the time of the day always someone answer and fix what needed to be done.   • I would like to congratulate the work of YAMILA HERNANDEZ. Incredible professional that made all the difference in our decision. . Surely she convinced us that The Retreat at vista lake was the best option.
